The Challenge & Goal
The primary challenge of this project was to create a grand, high-ceiling space that felt intimate and cohesive despite its vast proportions. The goal was to implement a luxury modern villa interior design that harmonizes bold natural textures with a refined color palette. We aimed to balance the coldness of extensive marble surfaces with warm olive green accents and sophisticated lighting, creating a prestigious yet welcoming atmosphere for a high-end lifestyle.
Details & Features
This residence stands out with its exceptional material selection and vertical design elements. We used large-format, high-gloss marble flooring with unique veining to provide a luxurious base. A key feature is the floor-to-ceiling olive green textured wall panels framed in gold, which add a rhythmic elegance to the main hall. The space is crowned with a spectacular contemporary ring chandelier that mimics floating petals, while the dining area features a massive black marble table surrounded by custom-patterned chairs, creating a bold statement of opulence.
Our Approach & Solution
Our approach was to use symmetry and verticality to emphasize the villa’s height while creating distinct functional zones. To solve the challenge of the large open area, we used custom-designed cabinetry and artistic partitions to define the living and dining spaces without blocking the flow of light. We integrated soft, recessed linear lighting along the walls to highlight the architectural details. The final solution is a seamless luxury modern villa interior design where every detail—from the bespoke furniture to the intricate wall treatments—works together to deliver a truly world-class residential experience.
