The primary goal for this prestigious villa in Al Khawaneej 3 was to create a luxurious landscape that serves as a true outdoor oasis, seamlessly blending elegance with multi-functional living. The challenge was to design a comprehensive outdoor experience with several distinct zones for relaxation, socializing, and dining, all while maintaining a cohesive and grand aesthetic that complements the villa’s classic architecture. The vision was to craft a lush, private, and utterly sophisticated garden escape.

Sophisticated Firepit Lounge: A sunken, circular firepit lounge provides a stylish and intimate setting for social gatherings year-round.
Serene Water Fountain: A classic water fountain acts as a beautiful and tranquil centerpiece, filling the garden with the peaceful sound of flowing water.
Multi-Zone Entertaining Areas: The design includes a custom pergola for shaded seating and a dedicated open-air BBQ area, making it perfect for hosting guests.
Glass-Enclosed Garden Room: A unique and tranquil glass room offers a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, allowing residents to enjoy the garden in complete comfort.
Manicured Lawns & Planting: The landscape features a perfect balance of lush, green lawns and well-curated planters with palms and colorful flora, enhancing the villa’s grandeur.
Our Approach & Solution
Our approach was to create a formal yet flowing layout, using manicured lawns and elegant, curved stone pathways to guide movement and create visual interest. We designed several key “destinations” within the garden to encourage outdoor living. A sophisticated sunken firepit lounge was created as the main social hub, while a serene water fountain serves as a calming central focal point.
For entertaining, we designed a custom-built pergola for shaded seating and an open BBQ area. A unique feature of this project is a tranquil glass-enclosed garden room, offering a climate-controlled retreat with uninterrupted views of the greenery. The entire landscape is unified by high-end materials and a carefully designed ambient lighting scheme that highlights the garden’s intricate details at night, ensuring the space is enchanting 24/7.
