The ground floor of this villa was envisioned as the heart of the home, a space where grand entertaining and private daily life could coexist in perfect harmony. The core challenge was to design a floor plan that seamlessly connects multiple distinct zones—including a formal men’s majlis, a bright women’s majlis, a private master suite, and two kitchens—while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic of modern luxury. The goal was to create an environment that felt both expansive and intimate, ensuring a smooth and intuitive flow for residents and guests alike.

Dual Majlis Design: Two distinct majlis areas cater to different needs—one formal and grand with custom wall treatments, and another that is bright, modern, and perfect for family gatherings.
Gourmet & Professional Kitchens: The residence features a beautiful main kitchen with a marble-clad island and fluted glass accents, complemented by a secondary, professional-grade stainless steel kitchen for ultimate functionality.
Expansive Private Suite: The ground-floor master suite is a self-contained sanctuary, complete with a spacious sleeping area, an integrated lounge, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom.
Bespoke Materials & Craftsmanship: Throughout the floor, custom elements like rich wood paneling, intricate plasterwork, and elegant fabric art create a unique and sophisticated atmosphere.
Our Approach & Solution
Our approach was to treat each space as a unique experience within a unified design language. We established a consistent palette of rich woods, elegant stone, and warm metallic accents to create a seamless transition between rooms. For the formal men’s majlis, we focused on grandeur, using bespoke fabric art and intricate plasterwork. In contrast, the women’s majlis was designed to be bright and airy, with large windows and a connection to a dining area.
The ground floor also houses a stunning private master suite, conceived as a serene retreat that integrates living and sleeping areas with a spa-like en-suite bathroom. To meet the home’s culinary needs, we designed two distinct kitchens: a sleek, modern main kitchen for daily use and entertaining, and a fully-equipped professional “labor” kitchen for heavy-duty preparation
