The primary goal for this villa in Al Khawaneej 3 was to create a luxurious and practical outdoor living space that embraces sustainable design principles. The challenge was to design a landscape that is both stylistically modern and environmentally conscious, perfectly suited to Dubai’s climate. We aimed to craft a beautiful, low-maintenance private retreat that seamlessly integrates areas for relaxation, dining, and socializing, transforming the garden into the true heart of the home.

Our Approach & Solution
Our approach was a fusion of modern aesthetics and eco-conscious functionality. We designed a clean, flowing layout featuring manicured lawns connected by sleek stone walkways. A key part of our sustainable solution was the selection of drought-tolerant native plants and the installation of a water-efficient irrigation system.
The centerpiece of the design is a comprehensive outdoor living hub. This zone includes a custom-built pergola for shaded lounging, a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, and a sleek barbecue area for dining. These distinct spaces are unified by contemporary wooden decking, creating a seamless and inviting environment. To complete the experience, a subtle ambient lighting scheme was designed to line the walkways and highlight key features, ensuring the garden is both charming and safe after sunset.
