The primary challenge of this high-rise commercial project on Floor 24 of the Westbury Tower was structural and spatial reorganization. Revitalizing an existing corporate office layout requires a meticulous understanding of technical partitions and overhead infrastructure. The goal was to execute a comprehensive modern office renovation dubai that optimizes every square meter of the workspace. We were tasked with integrating complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems into a fresh aesthetic layout, ensuring that new wall partitions and ceiling structures work together to create an open, productive corporate environment.

This office refurbishment stands out for its high-level technical precision and functional interior architecture. The design features a highly detailed ceiling plan (ceilling&plan.pdf) engineered to house advanced linear lighting, concealed HVAC diffusers, and acoustic treatments without compromising the office’s headroom. The wall schematics focus on creating ergonomic structural boundaries, utilizing custom acoustic glass partitions and refined drywall textures. The features blend minimalist styling with corporate efficiency, incorporating custom-built storage systems and professional zoning for executive rooms, workstations, and communal areas.
Our Approach & Solution
Our approach was rooted in precision engineering and contemporary corporate interior styling. To solve the architectural limitations of the 24th floor, we developed a series of detailed technical elevations for the walls and ceiling layout. This comprehensive documentation allowed us to restructure the entire layout seamlessly, maximizing natural light penetration from the tower’s perimeter windows. By aligning the acoustic wall partitions with the custom ceiling grid, we effectively eliminated noise transfer between meeting spaces and active work zones. The final solution delivers a breathtaking, functional workplace that sets a new benchmark for premium modern office renovation.
