Our approach was to build upon a foundation of classical design principles while employing a minimalist color strategy to maintain a sense of openness. The core of our solution was the adoption of a neutral "nude" color palette, which provided a perfect backdrop of understated elegance. This allowed the ornate architectural details—such as the decorative columns, intricate gypsum moldings, and floral wall reliefs—to stand out without overwhelming the space.
By carefully zoning the layout, we seamlessly integrated the bar area, with its distinctive arched niches, into the main dining floor. The selection of classic Louis-style chairs, marble-top tables, and luxurious velvet drapes reinforced the timeless theme, while large mirrors were used to create an illusion of greater depth, successfully achieving the desired balance of luxury and simplicity.
